Responsibilities:
- Manages design and engineering work carried out by the design department.
- Implements measures to increase the efficiency of development, reduce design time and cost.
- Organizes the development of long-term and annual plans for design and engineering work, controls their execution.
- Manages work on the technical and economic justification of developed projects.
- Determines, jointly with other departments, the scope of design work, and the list of initial documentation for design and engineering work.
- Leads research work on the investigation of new technical solutions and their verification to justify the selected parameters of the designs being developed.
- Ensures the quality and reliability, and a high level of standardization and unification of designs.
- Manages the preparation of materials for concluding design contracts, coordinates them, and controls their execution.
- Promotes the development, improvement of skills and qualifications of department employees.
- Determines the responsibilities, duties, and powers of subordinate personnel in accordance with their job descriptions.
- Consults on technical issues with employees of the design department.
Conditions:
- Employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- Probationary period of 3 months.
- Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00 (or from 09:00 to 18:00).
- Hybrid work format with office visits once a week. Remote work format is provided for residents of other regions.

Requirements:
- Higher professional education and at least 5 years of design work experience, including in managerial positions.
- Experience in defending design solutions and the ability to perform calculations.
- Knowledge of rules for development and design documentation (regulatory documentation) SNiP/SP, GOST, SPDS, ESKD.
- Knowledge and ability to work with various calculation complexes. Knowledge of specialized software: MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, SCAD, LIRA.
- Purposefulness, communication skills, responsibility, high work capacity, and friendliness.
Team relocation is possible.
