IBS is looking for a Lead Project Engineer to join its team.
In addition to IT, our company is actively developing its engineering design department. The department team is involved in the design and construction support of residential and public buildings and structures.
Your tasks
- Control over the technical level of design decisions, management of funds for design and survey work, management of deadlines for the development of design and estimate documentation.
- Verification of design documentation for design objects (preliminary design, design stages P and D, and working documentation) for compliance with zoning regulations, development plans, site layout approvals, technical specifications, regulatory requirements, technical specifications, and company standards.
- Interaction with the Client, designers, and contractors.
- Performing the functions of a project manager.
- Regular maintenance of calendar and resource planning.
- Conducting business correspondence, holding project meetings.
- Support of design documentation in state expert review bodies and other higher authorities.
Our expectations
- Higher professional education.
- At least 3 years of experience in various positions.
- Experience in passing expert reviews of design documentation in state and non-state expert review bodies.
- Knowledge of urban planning norms, current regulatory and technical documentation, knowledge of requirements for the composition of design and working documentation.
- Knowledge of the rules for оформление (formalization) and the procedure for developing design and working documentation for capital construction objects.
- Confident use of computer software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, MS Office).
