Job Description
- Development of architectural solutions for premium-class individual residential houses.
- Preparation of plans, facades, sections, connections, specifications, and lists.
- Harmonization of architectural solutions with structural elements, engineering systems, interior design, and site landscaping.
- Coordination of architectural solutions with related specialists and designers.
- Review of project documentation from third-party contractors for compliance with the technical specification, standards, and overall architectural concept.
- Quality control of architectural solutions and released documentation.
- Preparation of materials and documentation for client approval.
- Participation in discussions with contractors and the project team.
- Work under the supervision of the chief architect.
Requirements
- Higher education in architecture.
- Experience in designing high-level individual residential houses, cottages, villas, or residences, or premium-class private homes.
- Ability to independently develop architectural working documentation and propose design solutions.
- Knowledge of the composition of project and working documentation for the Architectural Design (АР) section.
- Ability to read and consider related sections: Structural Design (КР), Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (ОВ), Water Supply and Sewerage (ВК), Electrical Equipment (ЭОМ), Low-Voltage Systems (СС), landscape, and interior design solutions.
- Proficient in Revit or ArchiCAD.
- Understanding of BIM design processes, model structure, coordination of sections, and collaboration with related specialists.
- Responsibility for deadlines, quality, and completeness of released documentation.
- A portfolio of completed architectural projects.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in designing complex facades, usable roofs, terraces, swimming pools, SPA areas, underground premises, and technical rooms.
- Experience in integrating and understanding the organization of complex engineering and digital systems in private homes.
- Experience in designing on sites with complex topography and challenging geological conditions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, or other real-time visualization programs.
- Experience in author's supervision of construction.
