Responsibilities: • Leadership of the architectural part of design at all stages • Organization of the work of architects and coordination with related sections • Development and control of architectural and planning solutions • Verification of documentation for compliance with technical specifications and norms • Interaction with customers, contractors, and approving authorities • Control of deadlines, quality, and author's supervision of projects
Requirements: • Higher architectural education • Experience as a CPA / lead architect from 3–5 years • Experience in managing projects and coordinating teams • Knowledge of regulations and the composition of project documentation • AutoCAD (Revit/BIM — advantage) • Experience in coordinating solutions with the customer
