Experience: 1 to 3 years
Responsibilities:
- prepare coffee and other drinks according to technological maps and company standards;
- greet guests, consult on the assortment and help with drink selection;
- work with the cash register and process payments;
- maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace in accordance with checklists and sanitary standards;
- monitor product and consumable availability, promptly report on the need to replenish stocks.
Requirements:
- at least 1 year of barista experience, preferably with specialty coffee;
- knowledge of drink preparation standards and experience with cash register equipment;
- customer focus and positive communication with guests;
- ability to work in a team and maintain a high level of service;
- attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility;
- readiness for active work on your feet throughout the shift.
Conditions:
- work in a coffee shop at the address: Moscow, Kuznetsky Most Street, 13/9s1;
- medical book registration and renewal at the company's expense;
- work schedule within the coffee shop operating hours from 10:00 to 22:00;
- work shift from 09:30 to 22:30;
- payment during the probation period — 450 ₽/hour.
After successful completion of the probation period and certification — rate increase.
