Barista in IRNBY flagship store coffee shop

Responsibilities:

• prepare coffee and other drinks according to technological cards and company standards;
• greet guests, consult on the assortment and help with drink choices;
• work with the cash register and process payments;
• maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace in accordance with checklists and sanitary norms;
• monitor the availability of products and consumables, promptly report the need to replenish stocks.

Requirements:

• barista experience of 1 year or more, preferably with specialty coffee;
• knowledge of drink preparation standards and cash register equipment operation skills;
• client-orientation and positive communication with guests;
• ability to work in a team and maintain a high level of service;
• attention to detail, neatness and responsibility;
• readiness for active work on foot throughout the shift.

Conditions:
