We are looking for a Community Manager for the business community for successful people "Ark". The founder of "Ark" is Evgeny Gluzman, a graduate of the University of London, formerly a developer (created AI agents for Sber as a Senior Data Scientist) and Marketing Director. Ark organizes events for club members - networking, conferences, masterminds, trips to elite hotels.
Currently, the launch of the Ark Business digital platform with courses, a networking network, and a system of events and other services for successful people is planned. In the long term, we plan to enter the global market. Ark will grow into a large company that will hold key events in the charitable, scientific, cultural, and other fields of activity.
The Community Manager of "Ark" is a leader who is responsible for the members of the business community and helps them in every possible way using the company's business connections and resources. You will receive a budget to manage and the assistance of our team, you will organize regular events, maintain contact with all club members, help them with networking and solving personal and business tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Attracting new members to the business community through your warm connections (a sales commission of up to 50% is expected at the early stage of the company's development)
- Organizing and conducting events - networking, masterminds, conferences, cultural and entertainment events
- Communicating with community members on social networks, working as a "matchmaker" - introducing people to each other, finding friends, mentors, partners, colleagues
- Regular reporting to management on your "wards" - how many events were held, what issues were raised, what services were provided to community members
Requirements:
- You have a large number of warm connections among successful people: highly paid professionals, directors and VPs in top companies or ministries, entrepreneurs, cultural figures
- You have often had to act as an event organizer - parties, conferences, corporate events, business trainings
- In your social circle, you are the "life of the party" - you know a lot about people, you like to help them solve personal and business problems, you have "your own people" in various circles of society, you can speak in public
- You are diplomatic, executive, able to smoothly resolve conflict situations
- You are well-organized, capable of maintaining spreadsheets, reporting, managing budgets, keeping notes and minutes
Desirable:
- Sales experience - B2B, B2C, large deals
- Event manager experience - venue selection, catering, lighting, music, service staff
- Experience as a business trainer, coach, psychotherapist
- Experience as a community manager in online communities, educational projects, platforms with courses and info products
Conditions:
- Base salary above market rate
- Commission in % of the check for people invited to the community
- Monthly bonus in % of the company's profit
