Hello! The Foxford online school team is here.
Foxford is a product EdTech company. In numbers, we have been providing online education for schoolchildren, their parents, and teachers for 17 years. We have over 13 million users on the platform, 4 teaching formats, and 1800 employees.
As of the end of 2025, we are the largest EdTech company in Russia in the children's segment by sales volume (according to the main industry rating SmartRanking).
About the Role
We are looking for a specialist to join the Foxford Home School community team to help us organize online events and clubs for students.
We regularly host webinars on various interests, clubs, and other activities where children can communicate, find like-minded peers, try new things, and create their own projects together. We need someone who can manage the entire preparation process: from finding a speaker and agreeing on a topic to publishing the event, launching a club, and gathering feedback after the meeting.
What you will be doing
- Organize online webinars: find and invite speakers, agree on topics, help teachers refine ideas, prepare announcements, and control all stages of preparation;
- Develop online clubs: form the concept, creative idea, schedule, explain the preparation process, record tasks and control deadlines, add meeting titles, descriptions, and necessary materials;
- Work with teacher projects: help turn teacher ideas into ready-made online formats – think through scenarios, find guests and necessary resources, coordinate the team, and launch the first broadcasts;
- Participate in launching new socialization formats: help gather participants, launch the first groups, and accompany pilot meetings, collect feedback, and improve processes based on pilot results;
- Work with the admin panel and content: create events and classes, upload materials to the drive and admin panel, check information correctness, assign tasks to designers, and control material preparation;
- Analyze results: track attendance, completion rates, CSI, and participant feedback, identify reasons for changes in metrics, and propose hypotheses for improving formats.
What's important to us
- Experience working with communities and/or organizing online events;
- Ability to work with data and feedback;
- Understanding of basic event and community metrics: attendance, completion rates, CSI, engagement, participant activity;
- Independently identify problems and propose solutions;
- Understand what might be interesting to the audience and be able to turn ideas into understandable event mechanics.
Why it's great here
- Remote work from Russia or an office in Moscow (Tulskaya metro station);
- Salary project with Sberbank: increased deposit rates, reduced loan rates, special mortgage conditions, and a free SberPrime subscription (access to OKKO, Zvuk, increased Спасибо bonuses);
- We provide equipment;
- Health care: Voluntary medical insurance with dental coverage, corporate psychologist. And if you catch a cold – we'll send you a vitamin box ;)
- Trust: We assume that colleagues are professionals and do not engage in micromanagement, but maintain a high level of autonomy within the team – while being ready to help, support, and share expertise;
- Development: corporate foreign language courses, discounts on Foxford products, access to an online library, and compensation for external training.
It would be great if in your cover letter, you tell us what interested you about the vacancy and why you are a great fit for these tasks.
