SMM Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SMM Manager who will take charge of content and communication within the Foxford Home School community.

The community is active every day: in student and parent chats, Telegram channels, event announcements, student stories, interactive content, and other formats. We need a dedicated person who can systematically develop this area: understand the audience, plan content, regularly publish it, and increase reach and engagement through analytics.

What you will be doing

— Develop and evolve the community's content strategy;

— Create content series, interactive activities, and new content formats;

— Formulate tasks for the designer for cards, covers, and other materials;

— Monitor reactions and discussions in chats, identify audience topics and needs;

— Maintain engagement through polls, discussions, contests, game mechanics, and other activities;

— Regularly collect and analyze content metrics.

What is important to us

— Ability to write fluently and engagingly in Russian, adhering to the community's TOV;

— Ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences — in our case, children of various ages and parents;

— Understanding of how to build a content strategy and content plan;

— Ability to work with basic SMM metrics: reach, ER, views, reactions, audience growth, clicks, and conversions;

— Independently manage your area: identify opportunities and problems, propose ideas, and bring them to completion.
