Vacancy Middle SMM at AgileFluent

Hi! We are AgileFluent — a job search service in the Russian Federation and abroad. We help IT and Digital professionals build their careers and improve their English for interviews and work. With our help, over 1000 clients have already received offers in foreign currency with remote work and relocation options.

We are looking for a Middle SMM who will take over part of our social media (you can choose):

• main Telegram channel
• Telegram channel about job search in the Russian Federation
• LinkedIn of the project founder, Dasha
• author's Telegram channel about international careers (run under Dasha's name)

What needs to be done:

• develop social networks and create a strategy together with the manager: develop social networks: trendwatch viral mechanics, plan a content plan, regularly post content in our tone of voice, collect analytics and evaluate results
• work extensively with the market and analytics — understand the IT and Digital career field, gather new material, pain points, trends
• plan goals for key social media metrics (reach, subscribers, leads, revenue) and achieve them
• collect and test new hypotheses: from new content formats and visuals to CTA options and hooks
• design and create content funnels (lead magnets, warming-up sequences in bots, mini-products, etc.)
• distribute lead magnets through viral posts (LinkedIn mechanic) and interact with the social media audience (respond to comments, transfer leads to the sales team)

You are a good fit if:

• you have at least 3 years of experience as an SMM manager in one or more social networks: Telegram, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn;
• experience in EdTech / HRTech / with an IT audience is a big plus
• you focus not only on top-level content metrics (reach, engagement, ER) but also on leads and payments from content funnels;
• you follow social media trends, you have a good eye for what content works and what doesn't;
• you can adapt to a tone of voice targeted at the audience;
• you can analyze content and think strategically;
• you write grammatically correctly and engagingly :)
