🎯 About the Company: Bitlica is a company at the intersection of product development and marketing technologies. We develop and promote a portfolio of mobile and web products with over 30 million downloads, while simultaneously developing our own ecosystem of AI tools for analytics and marketing.

We are looking for someone to take over the brand's social media and grow the company's recognition. This role is not about app advertising, but about the brand: showcasing processes, the team, culture, and how we create our products.

💡 What we expect from you:

• Organic social media management experience of 2+ years (preferably in a product or IT company)
• Understanding the specifics of different platforms: LinkedIn – a serious professional tone, Instagram/TikTok – a casual format, team life, corporate events, company news
• English B2+ (texts, tone of voice, communication)
• Ability to create content independently: carousels, short videos, and reels
• Good eye for trends and quick reaction to them
• Working with metrics: reach, engagement rate, saves, clicks; ability to read analytics, build and test hypotheses
• Active use of AI tools in daily work
• Independence in decision-making and task management without micromanagement

• Manage Bitlica's social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) as a unified company brand
• Develop a content plan and tone of voice for each platform
• Create content from scratch: texts, carousels, short videos/reels
• Showcase the company's internal processes: team, corporate culture, events, and news
• Track trends and promptly adapt them for the brand
• Gather and film content from team events and company life
• Analyze metrics, grow reach and engagement
• Increase Bitlica's recognition as a strong employer
