A major iGaming company is looking for an experienced SMM Manager B2C to help develop the brand's social media, increase reach, attract new audiences, and influence business results. We are looking for a specialist who has a strong understanding of sports, betting, and iGaming, knows how to combine a creative approach with analytics, and understands how to turn social media into an effective user acquisition channel.
🎯 Key Responsibilities Development and promotion of B2C brand social networks. Participation in the development and implementation of the SMM strategy. Creation of content plans, new sections, and creative mechanics. Working with short video formats: TikTok, Reels, Shorts. Attracting organic and paid traffic through social media. Analysis of KPIs, reach, engagement, and content effectiveness. Development of promotional campaigns, collaborations, and interaction with influencers. Assigning tasks to designers, motion specialists, and other contractors. Analysis of competitors, trends, and audience characteristics in different GEOs. Launch and optimization of advertising campaigns.
🔎 Who We Are Looking For Experience in SMM for at least 2 years in iGaming / betting / affiliate / crypto / fintech. Mandatory understanding of sports and betting (football, UFC, MMA, and other disciplines). Experience in developing SMM strategies and managing content plans. Proven results in promoting iGaming brands' social networks. Practical experience with TikTok, Reels, and short videos. Understanding of SMM funnels, traffic acquisition, and the impact of content on business metrics. Experience working with different GEOs and understanding target audience specifics. Strong copywriting skills, analytical thinking, and creativity. Autonomy, initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work at a dynamic pace. English language proficiency from B1.
Will be an advantage: experience with online casinos, targeted advertising, influencers, and additional foreign languages.
