We are looking for an SMM Lead who will take full responsibility for the development of the SMM direction: strategy, content, processes, and team, and will personally participate in content creation and launch of mechanics.

🪛 Responsibilities:

Develop social media and brand community Build the SMM strategy, processes, and team Personally create content and launch engagement mechanics Manage SMM specialists, moderators, and contractors Launch promotional campaigns, contests, collaborations, and special projects Develop a recognizable brand voice Analyze reach, engagement, community retention, and product transitions Work in conjunction with design, retention, product, and support teams

🛠 Candidate Requirements: ‼️ Minimum 3 years of SMM experience, with at least 1 year in iGaming

Experience in B2C online casinos and/or product teams Understanding of player interests and behavior, specifics of bonuses and promo campaigns Experience in developing content strategy and tone of voice Ability to independently write texts, devise mechanics, and prepare briefs for designers and video production Experience managing employees or contractors Strong written Russian skills Proficient knowledge of platforms: Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Discord, Reddit, etc. Experience with analytics tools: LiveDune, Popsters, TGStat, Telemetr, UTM tagging Ability to compile SMM reports: plan/actual, dynamics, conclusions, and recommendations Experience in producing shoots, basic shooting and editing of Reels/TikTok/Shorts Portfolio with examples of content, implemented projects, and results, indicating personal contribution
