A project in the gamedev niche is looking for a leader who will build the SMM direction from scratch: strategy, content, team, metrics. Fully remote, competitive salary upon your request. ** What you will do:**

— Develop and implement an SMM strategy for Instagram and Telegram to achieve growth and retention goals; — Lead the SMM direction: set tasks, monitor deadlines and quality; — Build a content plan: content calendar, formats, tone of voice; — Develop the community, implement engagement mechanics, follow trends; — Set tasks for designers, control the visual concept and compliance with brand standards; — Prepare briefs and technical specifications, coordinate shootings, post-production, and AI-generated visuals; — Analyze metrics (ER, reach, CTR, retention, conversions) and provide recommendations; — Plan the budget for content and production; — Synchronize with the retention, design, VIP, marketing, and product teams.

What is important:

— 3+ years in SMM, strong expertise in Telegram and Instagram; — Experience in managing an SMM direction, team, or contractors; — Skills in content strategy, editing, and working with tone of voice; — High visual awareness and taste in the gamedev niche; — Experience collaborating with designers, production teams, and AI visuals; — Analytical thinking, data-driven decisions. ** Conditions:**

— Fully remote work; — Salary — individual, based on your request and experience; — Schedule 5/2 from 10 AM to 7 PM or from 11 AM to 8 PM Moscow time; — Probationary period of 3 months; — Contract employment with paid vacations and sick leave; — Compensation for sports, English courses, courses, psychologist, and medicine after the probationary period.
