We are a fast-growing AI platform for content creation. In the first 6 months, the product grew to 1.5+ million unique users.

Now we already have a strong product and a large audience. The next task is to build a powerful content machine around the product and scale organic growth.

Therefore, we are looking for a Senior SMM Specialist who will take this direction under their wing and be able to directly influence user growth from social networks.

What you will do

• Develop and implement the SMM strategy for Avalava and sub-brands.
• Define the role, formats, and priorities of different social networks: Telegram, VK, Instagram*, Threads*, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Independently plan, create, and publish content.
• Find strong hooks, trends, and formats that can achieve large organic reach.
• Constantly formulate and quickly test content and growth hypotheses, scale working mechanics.
• Devise activities, collaborations, and other methods for organic user acquisition.
• Work not only on reach and engagement but also on attracting new users from social networks.
• Analyze results by numbers: views, reach, retention, ER, clicks, conversions, and other product and business metrics.
• Actively use AI tools for content creation and adaptation.
• If necessary, involve designers, editors, copywriters, and other contractors: set tasks and control the results.

We will consider you a good fit if

• You have 3+ years of commercial experience in SMM / Social Media / Growth Marketing.
• You know how to not only create content but also independently build an SMM strategy in conjunction with business goals.
• You have confirmed cases of organic reach and audience growth.
• You understand how recommendations, viral content, and organic distribution work.
• You know how to find strong hooks and hold the audience's attention from the first seconds.
• You have a good understanding of the target audience and can speak their language.
• You work with numbers and make decisions based on data, not just a subjective feeling of "good content".
• You can quickly test hypotheses, analyze results, and discard what doesn't work.
• You are capable of organizing your work independently without constant supervision and detailed technical specifications.

It will be a big plus

• You have cases with 100K+ / 1M+ organic views.
• You have successful cases of content getting into recommendations and organic promotion on Instagram*, Threads*, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts.
• You have cases where SMM influenced not only media metrics but also users, clients, or revenue.
• You have worked with AI, digital, or technology products for a mass audience.
• You have experience in startups or fast-growing products.
• You understand performance marketing, product funnels, and the connection between content and conversion.
• You have experience building content factories and scaling content production.
• You can independently write, shoot, tell stories, and do basic editing.
• You have experience working with an international audience and English-language content.
