Bitlica is a company at the intersection of product development and marketing technologies. We develop and promote a portfolio of mobile and web products with over 30 million downloads and simultaneously develop our own ecosystem of AI tools for analytics and marketing.

We are currently looking for an SMM specialist who will take over the brand's social networks and grow the company's brand awareness. This role is not about advertising applications, but about the brand: showcasing our processes, team, culture, and how we create our products.

We are looking for someone with good taste and extensive exposure, who knows how to feel the platform, independently manage accounts from idea to publication, and confirm results with metrics, rather than posting for the sake of posting.

Requirements

• Organic social media management experience of 2+ years (preferably in a product or IT company).
• Understanding of what and how to showcase on different platforms: LinkedIn – a more serious and professional tone, Instagram / TikTok – a relaxed format, team life, corporate events, company news.
• English B2+ (texts, tone of voice, communication).
• Ability to independently create content: carousels, short videos, and reels.
• Extensive exposure and quick reaction to trends — ability to jump on relevant formats quickly.
• Working with metrics: reach, engagement rate, saves, clicks; ability to read analytics, build, and test hypotheses.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work to accelerate processes and generate ideas.
• Independence in decision-making and task management without micromanagement.

Your tasks

• Manage Bitlica's social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) as a unified company brand.
• Develop a content plan and tone of voice for each platform.
• Create content from scratch: texts, carousels, short videos / reels.
• Showcase the company's internal workings: processes, team, corporate culture, events, and news.
• Monitor trends and promptly adapt them to the brand.
• Collect and shoot content from team events and company life.
• Analyze metrics, grow reach and engagement, scale what works.
• Increase Bitlica's recognition as a strong employer.
