Right now, we are looking for someone who loves content, knows how to work with short videos and texts, and wants to develop the brand of a technology company.
Responsibilities
- manage Mercury Development's social networks, focusing on Reels and Shorts;
- use AI tools to generate ideas, prepare texts, find trends, and research topics;
- regularly communicate with developers, designers, and other company specialists, helping to turn their expertise into engaging content;
- organize remote filming of employees from different countries;
- independently shoot local content;
- edit and adapt videos for different platforms;
- create content plans;
- analyze publication results and improve the strategy;
- work collaboratively with the design and communications teams.
What we expect
- at least one year of experience in SMM or content marketing;
- experience with IT or tech projects;
- understanding of modern social networks;
- interest in technology;
- fluent Russian;
- English at C1 level.
Will be a plus
- understanding of Employer Brand and HR Marketing;
- experience working with distributed teams;
- social media analytics;
- good eye and taste.
