SMM/Reels Maker
What you will be doing:
- Participating in the development of the Park's SMM strategy, a promotion plan for key events and the personal brand of stakeholders, taking into account the current agenda and news triggers.
- Developing existing brand accounts, creating pages for new projects, events, and personalities "from scratch."
- Developing ideas for text, photo, and video content, creating visuals (together with designers).
- Preparing texts in various formats for the social networks we are present on, shooting short vertical and horizontal videos.
- Publishing content on social networks according to the plan.
- Analyzing the external agenda and news triggers for posting situational content.
- Monitoring key audience engagement metrics, making timely changes to the content plan.
- Managing the budget: planning and tracking SMM promotion expenses.
- Attending the Park's own events and industry events involving company stakeholders, ensuring prompt shooting and content publishing.
You are definitely our candidate if:
- You have a higher education (journalism, PR, marketing, political science, sociology).
- You have experience implementing SMM projects for federal brands, have managed personal accounts, and can show real case studies.
- You have strong copywriting skills, excellent grammar and taste, and can write texts in various styles.
- You know the basic principles of social media promotion and are proficient in SMM advertising tools.
- You have studied Federal Law "On Advertising" or know when to consult it.
- You know how to work with graphic and video editors.
- You have a systematic approach to problem-solving, are proactive, creative, and stress-resistant.
- You can work in a team.
- You are stress-resistant and communicative.
