Responsibilities:

— Tracking trends and generating ideas for posts, reels, and collaborations with artists — Participating in the formation of content strategy and content plan together with the SMM manager — Preparing clear technical specifications for the copywriter, designer, and videomaker, creating viral reels and publications across 5 social networks — Planning and controlling content release, collecting and analyzing statistics — Creating UTM tags for links and working carefully with analytics — Maintaining order in content systems: collecting materials into unified documents and spreadsheets, updating the content bank

Candidate Requirements:

— SMM experience of 2+ years (experience in IT services, music, or lifestyle projects will be a plus) — Cases with viral posts and reels of 500k+ views — Understanding what should be in a publication to make thousands of people want to like and repost it — Skills in filming and editing on a phone — High level of exposure and orientation in trends, social networks, digital, and music culture, and the ability to adapt them to brand tasks — Ability to systematically plan content, work with spreadsheets, and maintain order in processes — Ability to set clear technical specifications and write briefs — Portfolio with cases, examples of publications, and creative ideas
