Responsibilities:

— Daily content plan management: scheduled posts and situational content (prompt reaction to news and trends) — Preparation and packaging of releases, playlists, interviews, and collaborations into clear and engaging content formats — Monitoring news in the music and cultural industry, identifying relevant news for publications — Interaction with partners to implement news and collaborations (labels, artists, media, platforms) — Interaction with the creative and design team: assigning tasks to designers and editors, supervising their execution — Mobile content shooting on a smartphone: events, behind-the-scenes, stories, and quick content formats — Engaging contractors for simple photo and video production; forming and maintaining a personal database of specialists — Preparation of text content: posts, captions, stories, CTA; adapting materials to the specifics of different platforms — Analysis of content performance metrics, drawing conclusions, and optimizing content strategy based on the results obtained

Candidate Requirements:

— Understanding of SMM trends and social media mechanics — Visual awareness, good taste, and confident orientation in contemporary culture and music — Ability to work at a fast pace
