Dorozhnoe Radio, part of the "Evropeyskaya Media Group" media holding, is looking for an experienced (2+ years) SMM Manager.

Responsibilities:

— Development of the station's content strategy on social networks: creation of a rubricator, content plan, and formats in accordance with the station's ToV; formation, defense, and implementation of content solutions — Production of vertical video as the main reach driver: idea and hook development, content preparation and publication; independent shooting and editing of some materials, assigning tasks to the video team — Ensuring growth of key metrics: reach, ER, subscriber growth, view duration, and clicks — Development and implementation of special projects and partner integrations: working out mechanics, organizing implementation, and preparing reports for the commercial department — Coverage of station concerts and events, including real-time content creation from the venue — Conducting weekly and monthly analytics: forming hypotheses, conducting tests, analyzing results, and making changes to the content plan — Monitoring the news agenda, trends, and new social platform formats

Candidate Requirements:

— SMM experience of 2+ years, including independent management of a project or brand — Portfolio of cases with quantitative results: you will need to demonstrate the initial situation, actions taken, and results achieved during the interview — Proficiency in vertical video at a production level: script development, shooting, and editing, understanding the factors influencing video performance — Proficiency in analytics: ability to distinguish correlation from causation, understanding the difference between ER and ERV — Use of AI in daily work: application of Claude, GPT, Perplexity for preparing texts and scripts, using tools for working with visuals; proficiency in prompting and skills for checking the quality of results — High-level proficiency in the Russian language and ability to work within a given ToV — Bonus points for: experience in media, music industry, or event projects; experience launching a new channel from scratch; experience managing contractors; understanding the 35+ audience and regional specifics

— Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation — Voluntary medical insurance after the probation period — 5/2 work schedule — Office-based work at "Taganskaya" metro station during the probation period, then hybrid format
