STAR STUDIO (a creative/educational studio for children and teenagers).
We are looking for an SMM Manager who knows how to not just "manage social media," but to systematically generate leads through content and funnels.
TASKS:
- Social media management: VK, Instagram, Telegram, MAX. Development and implementation of content strategy.
- Content plan preparation (weekly/monthly). Content creation: texts, scripts, basic editing (reels/shorts/stories).
- Posting and formatting publications.
- Working with comments and direct messages (initial communication).
- Lead generation through content (warming up, offers, funnels).
- Participation in the development of promotions, launches, and news events.
- Performance analysis (reach, engagement, CTR, leads).
- Hypothesis testing (formats, topics, triggers).
- Working with reviews and reputation.
- Experience building content funnels (warm-up → lead → sale).
- Understanding of CJM and triggers in content. Skills in working with UGC and community.
- Basic knowledge of targeted advertising (as a plus).
- Ability to work with analytics (Excel/Google Sheets, social media metrics).
- Experience in the education / creative industries niche — a plus.
Key KPI - Number and cost of leads from social media.
REQUIREMENTS:
- SMM experience of 1-2 years.
- Cases with measurable results (leads, growth, ROMI).
- Ability to write engaging, sales-oriented texts.
- High level of awareness and understanding of trends.
- Independence and initiative.
