Responsibilities:

• work with a large base of ready-made content
• adapt and enhance posts for VKontakte format
• rewrite texts to be engaging and sales-driven
• analyze post and funnel statistics
• find content formats that drive revenue growth
• analyze competitors
• use AI tools for content work
• participate in building content funnels

Candidate Requirements:

• experience managing VKontakte and/or Telegram for 1 year or more
• understanding of platform mechanics (algorithms, formats, funnels)
• experience with sales-oriented content
• ability to work with analytics and draw conclusions
• confident use of AI

Important

• we are looking for not just a content manager, but someone who can influence revenue through content
• experience specifically with sales is important, not just account management

Approximate Salary Level:

from 100,000 ₽

Work Conditions:

• fixed salary + KPI based on sales
