Head of Influence Marketing
Home Digital School is an online school for computer graphics.
Our students are digital artists taking their first steps towards their dream of mastering drawing skills to work in the CG industry in games and book illustration.
All courses are created in collaboration with industry professionals: artists from international game studios TRACE Studio, Room 8 Studio, who work on creating Call of Duty and other popular games.
Who are we looking for?
Influence marketing is one of the most effective channels in the school, and we are currently in a scaling phase: we want to increase budgets by 2–3 times without losing ROMI (200%+). Therefore, we are looking for a head of the department who will take full responsibility for the channel — build systematic processes, strengthen and expand the team, manage budgets of 5–10+ million ₽ per month, and ensure sustainable revenue growth through bloggers.
You are a good fit if you have:
- 3+ years in influence marketing;
- 1+ year of managing a team of 3+ people;
- Experience in purchasing integrations and seeds (YouTube, Telegram, VK);
- Experience working with budgets of 5–10 million ₽/month;
- Understanding of unit economics (ROMI, CPL, CAC, LTV);
- Experience in EdTech or digital products with a long funnel;
- Media planning skills: budget allocation across channels, offers, weeks;
- Experience with CRM and BI (Bitrix24, DataLens, or similar);
- Real cases of scaling and ROI growth.
- Experience in large EdTech companies and working with solid educational products (professions, hobbies, long decision-making cycles) will be a plus.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Strategy and Scaling
- Forming the influence marketing development strategy;
- Increasing the budget without compromising ROMI;
- Launching new formats (UGC, ambassador networks, CPA);
- Defining priorities for products and clusters.
Team
- At the start, managing: 2 influence managers + a sourcer;
- Expansion to 4–5 people;
- Hiring, onboarding, development, KPI setting;
- Forming a middle level within the department.
Metrics and Analytics
- Forming monthly media plans;
- Budget execution control;
- Analysis of CPL, CAC, ROMI;
- Development of an end-to-end analytics system.
Processes and Operations
- Optimization of business processes within the department;
- Control of document flow and payments;
- Implementation of AI tools into the team's work;
- Maintaining order in the knowledge base and regulations.
Key Integrations
- Personal involvement in the largest and most strategic placements;
- Negotiations with top bloggers;
- Decision-making on key budgets.
Challenges the candidate will face:
- Budget scaling while maintaining ROMI of 200%+;
- Building a strong team (some employees will require further development);
