Growth Marketing Manager
Neirum is an AI-first platform that helps teachers quickly and accurately check handwritten assignments using AI and provide clear feedback to students.
Conditions:
- Full-time, remote from anywhere in the world;
- Salary: Discussed upon completion of the interview, payment in rubles or crypto;

Tasks:
Performance marketing
- Independently launch and manage advertising campaigns in Yandex Direct;
- Analyze traffic quality, CPL, CAC, and conversions;
- Identify budget drain points and adjust strategy;
- Manage not "ad settings", but the economics of acquisition.
Growth & influence marketing
- Search for new growth channels and test hypotheses;
- Work with Telegram, VK, Dzen, and specialized communities;
- Search for micro- and nano-influencers in the education sector;
- Negotiate placements, barters, and partnership integrations;
- Participate in building acquisition and activation funnels.
Tasks for the near future:
- Package the project's social networks (from creation to content filling);
- Package the sales funnel from advertising campaign to website registration;
- Conduct a search for influencers for cooperation and prepare a content plan for them;
- Build a system for testing hypotheses and content.
Who we are looking for:
A hands-on marketer who is ready not only to assign tasks to contractors but also to work hands-on, as well as:
- Ready to work with a limited budget;
- Knows how to quickly find working growth channels;
- Confidently works with Yandex Direct and understands the specifics of the Russian market (which channels really work, takes into account restrictions such as marking, etc.);
- Brings hypotheses to measurable results: registrations, activations, CPL, CAC, traffic quality;
- Understands how to work with influence marketing;
- Is not afraid to offer their own ideas;
- Operates and relies on numbers when making decisions.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in EdTech / AI products / B2B2C;
- Experience in fast-growing startups, small teams;
- Active use of AI tools, understanding of the AI market.
