What you will do:
- form and implement the marketing strategy together with the CEO;
- manage the entire acquisition system (Google Ads, Meta, Telegram, content, email) and launch new channels — SEO, influencers, partnerships;
- develop positioning, offers, and product packaging, launch and optimize funnels (lead magnets, auto-webinars, mini-courses);
- implement AI in all customer touchpoints — content, traffic, sales;
- grow conversion, LTV, and repeat sales, build end-to-end analytics (CAC, CPL, ROMI, LTV);
- manage the marketing team (up to 10 people).
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 3–5 years of marketing/growth management in online education, from 7 years in digital overall;
- experience managing a team of 10+ people;
- personal responsibility for commercial results from 200 million ₽/year and meeting revenue KPIs;
- practical experience with AI in UA, content, analytics, product, sales;
- strong understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROMI, ARPU, attribution, end-to-end analytics;
- experience in building and scaling EdTech auto-funnels.
