AI writes it from your resume. You only have to send it.
"Znayu" is a gamified AI platform for children in grades 2–4 that helps them do their homework independently and understand school subjects.
A child takes a photo of their real homework, and the platform helps them understand the task, explains the topic, and guides them toward independent problem-solving — without ready-made answers. The explanation and level of assistance are tailored to the child, and game mechanics help maintain attention. Parents can see progress, mistakes, and understand where the child is coping independently and where they need help.
We are currently in the early stages of the product: we have a prototype, a development team and methodologies, initial users, and many hypotheses that need to be tested quickly. Therefore, here you can significantly influence how the product enters the market, rather than just managing an already established system.
· Formulate a marketing strategy: determine which channels, offers, and messages work for mothers and schools.
· Find and quickly test marketing hypotheses: from creatives and landing pages to analyzing results and the next iteration.
· Develop the user journey: from the first touchpoint with advertising to subscription payment and retention.
· Work with data: funnels, CAC, LTV, conversions, retention, channel ROI.
· Launch and optimize advertising (VK, Yandex Direct, Telegram, Instagram*), work with bloggers and partners.
· Assign tasks to the SMM specialist, targeting specialist, and content maker.
· Drive campaigns from idea to result, monitor metrics, and determine the next step.
· Experience working in startups and with early-stage products — mandatory.
· Experience launching marketing from scratch. It’s important that you not only improve existing campaigns but also create new ones.
· Creativity. The ability to come up with non-standard ideas that resonate with mothers and go viral on social media.
· A habit of working quickly. Not discussing a hypothesis for a month, but finding a way to test the main assumption in a few days or weeks.
· Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and limited resources.
· Strong marketing mindset: the ability to simultaneously see the user, the product, and the business.
· Good analytics: funnels, CAC, LTV, conversions, retention, ROI.
· Ability to work with bloggers and contractors and drive campaigns to completion.
· CustDev experience and understanding of the audience. The ability to talk to mothers and hear their pain points.
· Independence. There won’t be a ready-made plan for six months ahead — that’s what you’ll have to form.
· Experience in EdTech or products for children.
· Experience with B2C products with high usage frequency and strong retention.
· Understanding of gamification and retention mechanics.
· Experience working with AI/LLM products.
· Experience working simultaneously with B2C and B2B audiences (mothers and schools).
