Vacancy: Growth Marketer at AgileFluent
At AgileFluent, we help IT and Digital specialists get offers at international companies and in Russia, as well as improve their English for work.
In 5 years, our clients have received over 1000 offers in 32 countries. Among the companies they joined are Amazon, Apple, Revolut, Semrush, Ferrero, N26, and many others. Every day, we change people's career paths, and we want to tell these stories in a way that inspires even more people to make changes.
Now we are looking for a Growth Marketer who resonates with our product and shares the approach that an unsuccessful hypothesis is not a failure, but a source of insights.
Tasks and Areas of Responsibility
- Design and launch new funnels for existing products with a high ticket price and a long decision-making cycle
- Create an acquisition strategy for new b2c SaaS products (job board, English trainer)
- Launch and analyze growth experiments
- Test new acquisition channels
- Find growth points for existing traffic sources
- Formulate hypotheses in product and marketing (audience, pricing, offers, package deals, lead magnets, quizzes, landing pages)
- Research the market, competitors, and trends — search for new connections, channels, creatives, landing pages;
- Build analytics at all stages of the funnel: A/B tests, end-to-end conversion, cohort LTV, retention, effectiveness of channels and traffic sources;
- Collaborate with the entire marketing team — scale successful hypotheses;
We'll definitely get along if you
- Have 3+ years in digital marketing, have worked as a Performance/Growth/Product Marketing Manager;
- Are ready to manage several streams in parallel;
- Have worked with metrics such as CAC, CPL, LTV, ROMI, CR, MRR;
- Can calculate not only the acquisition cost but also the unit economics of the entire funnel;
- Know how to bring any hypothesis to fruition;
- Have successful experience working in a team and independently launching an end-to-end funnel;
What we offer
- The opportunity to work with different types of products;
- Great freedom in decision-making and launching new ideas;
- A team that makes quick decisions and loves experiments;
- The opportunity to directly influence business growth, not just endlessly improve one metric;
- Remote work;
- Decent compensation, which we will discuss after the interview.
If you enjoy finding new growth points, testing hypotheses, and creating effective funnels, we'll be happy to meet you.
