Looking for a Growth Manager for a performance team that develops web-to-web subscription products in the Health / Weight Loss niche. This is a role of an owner of the entire funnel from click to payment: landing page → quiz → paywall → offer → payment → nurturing and retargeting.

We need a person who is responsible specifically for the conversion of the funnel and revenue at each of its stages.

What's important

🔹 3+ years of experience in Growth / Conversion / CRO / Performance 🔹 Experience with web-to-web / subscription products 🔹 Deep understanding of the funnel: landing → quiz → paywall → payment 🔹 Ability to work with CR / CVR / CPA / ARPU / LTV / Retention / Revenue 🔹 Experience conducting A/B tests and systematic hypothesis testing 🔹 Experience with paywall, pricing, offers, trial, upsell / cross-sell 🔹 Ability to identify conversion drop-off points and turn data into concrete hypotheses 🔹 Experience working closely with UA, Product, Creative, and Analytics 🔹 Subscription products, Health / Fitness / Weight Loss – a big plus

What you will do

✅ Own the entire web-to-web funnel from click to payment ✅ Analyze conversion at each stage and identify growth opportunities ✅ Formulate and prioritize growth hypotheses ✅ Test landing pages, quizzes, paywalls, pricing, offers, and payment mechanics ✅ Conduct and analyze A/B tests ✅ Work together with UA and Creative teams to increase overall conversion and revenue ✅ Find growth opportunities not only in acquisition but also within the funnel itself ✅ Make data-driven decisions and directly influence revenue / conversion / LTV

Important 🚫 This is not a buyer role – traffic acquisition is handled by a separate UA team. 🚫 This is not a Product Manager role, responsible for a specific screen or feature. We need a Growth owner of the funnel who sees the entire user journey and understands how changing one step affects the product's overall economics.
