Today, we have 9,500+ students, and the company is growing, so we are strengthening our marketing and looking for a Head of Traffic.

Our goal:
To enter the top 5 largest online educational companies in Russia within 5 years and develop internationally.
Tasks:
- Ensure a stable flow of leads for trial lessons with economic control.
- Search for and test new acquisition channels, quickly disable ineffective combinations, and scale the working ones.
- Formation and maintenance of a media plan: budgets, volumes, traffic distribution.
- Fulfillment of the lead plan (volume + quality).
- Optimization of key metrics: CPL, DRR, conversions.
- Building a system for regular testing (creatives, offers, funnels, landing pages).
- Setup and control of end-to-end analytics and reporting.
- Ensuring traffic manageability and stability (without drops).
- Managing the team and contractors: hiring, supervision, performance evaluation.
- Identifying growth points and scaling effective combinations.
We will be a good match if you:
- Have experience in managing performance marketing and traffic from 1 year.
- Have experience managing a team or contractors.
- Know how to work with numbers and keep the economics under control.
- Have experience scaling advertising channels.
- Understand sales funnels and unit economics.
- Know how to build a system, not just launch ads.
- Quickly test hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.
- Are ready to take responsibility for the result and influence business growth.
It will be a plus if you:
- Worked in EdTech.
- Managed budgets of 5 million ₽ or more per month.
- Built analytics and traffic systems from scratch.
