We set the following tasks for the candidate:
- Develop and maintain a category tree, content formats, and editorial principles for social networks;
- Write and edit key materials for social networks;
- Adapt content for different target audiences and platform specifics;
- Formulate and maintain the communication tone of brands and products on social networks;
- Assign tasks to copywriters, editors, and designers regarding the content of materials;
- Control the editorial quality of publications: meaning, structure, language, compliance with the task and audience;
- Participate in the development of new content formats and engagement mechanics;
- Analyze audience reaction to topics and formats and use the findings for content development.
Important for us in this position:
- At least 5 years of experience as an editor, content editor in social networks. Experience with digital products, multiple brands, and audiences simultaneously will be an advantage;
- Higher education in journalism, philology, editorial work, marketing, or communications;
- Skills in writing and editing texts for social networks;
- Ability to develop and maintain a category tree, content formats, and editorial principles;
- Ability to adapt content and tone for different audiences and platforms, assign substantive tasks to copywriters and designers;
- High literacy and ability to work with text style and tone;
- Attention to detail, independence, systematic approach.
