Head of Media (Education)

We are actively developing our digital segment, and in connection with the launch of new projects, we are looking for a Head of Media with experience in launching online media and building a strong professional community around the brand.
The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Launching and developing a portal (online magazine) for the pedagogical community;
- Forming and developing a community of teachers, students, and other target audiences;
- Developing and implementing a media strategy and SMM strategy;
- Forming and managing an SMM team and editorial teams;
- Building effective processes for content creation, publication, and promotion;
- Implementing special projects in collaboration with marketing and product teams;
- Managing the media budget and evaluating investment efficiency;
- Analyzing key media performance indicators, preparing recommendations, and implementing improvements to achieve business goals.
For this position, it is important for us to have:
- Successful experience in managing media/content/SMM projects for at least 3 years;
- Experience in launching/rebuilding online publications (experience in education, EdTech will be an advantage);
- Skills in developing a content portal (articles, news) and managing social networks/messengers (TG, TikTok, VK);
- Skills in team management, process building, budget management;
- Confirmed cases of audience growth, reach, engagement, and other media performance indicators;
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to link media results to the company's business objectives;
- Result-orientation, managerial maturity, systematic approach, communication skills;
