Lead Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a specialist to join our team who is ready to ensure the full cycle of social media management for "Prosveschenie" GK, including strategy development, content planning and coordination, interaction with contractors, development of company communities and channels, support for key information events, monitoring and analysis of communication effectiveness.

The following tasks are set for the candidate:

• Development and implementation of a strategy for the company's presence in social networks and digital communities.
• Organization and coordination of work on creating, publishing, and promoting content in social media.
• Management of contractors in the areas of SMM, community management, promotion, and content production.
• Providing informational and reputational support for key company projects, initiatives, and communication campaigns on social networks.
• Analysis of social media effectiveness, report preparation, development of proposals for the development of digital communication channels.

For us, the following is important in this position:

• Higher education (journalism, public relations, marketing, media communications).

Additional advantage will be specialized training in SMM, digital communications, content marketing, social media analytics.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in SMM, digital communications.
• Experience managing corporate social networks of large companies, brands, or socially significant projects.
• Experience in developing and implementing SMM strategies, managing contractors.
• Knowledge of modern social media management, analytics, and monitoring tools.
• Understanding of the principles of media, content marketing, and digital communications.
• Experience interacting with bloggers, opinion leaders, and professional communities.
