Head of Media (Education)

We are actively developing our digital direction and, in connection with the launch of new projects, we are looking for a Head of Media with experience in launching online media and building a strong professional community around the brand.

The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Launch and development of a portal (online journal) for the teaching community;
• Formation and development of a community of teachers, students, and other target audiences;
• Development and implementation of a media strategy and SMM strategy;
• Formation and management of an SMM team and editorial teams;
• Building effective processes for content creation, publication, and promotion;
• Implementation of special projects in collaboration with marketing and product teams;
• Management of the media budget and evaluation of investment effectiveness;
• Analysis of key media performance indicators, preparation of recommendations, and implementation of improvements to achieve business goals.

For us, the following are important for this position:

• Successful experience in managing media/content/SMM projects for at least 3 years;
• Experience launching/rebuilding online publications (education sphere, EdTech will be an advantage);
• Skills in developing a content portal (articles, news) and managing social media/messengers (Telegram, TikTok, VK);
• Team management skills, process building, budget management;
• Confirmed cases of audience growth, reach, engagement, and other media performance indicators;
• Understanding of business metrics and the ability to link media results to the company's business objectives;
• Results-oriented, managerial maturity, systematic approach, communication skills;
