Educational integrator Prosveschenie is looking for a Head of Media with experience in launching online media and building a strong professional community around the brand.

Responsibilities:
- Launch and development of a portal (online magazine) for the pedagogical community;
- Formation and development of a community of educators, students, and other target audiences;
- Development and implementation of media strategy and SMM strategy;
- Formation and management of an SMM team and editorial teams;
- Building effective processes for content creation, publication, and promotion;
- Implementation of special projects in collaboration with marketing and product teams;
- Management of the media budget and evaluation of investment efficiency;
- Analysis of key media indicators, preparation of recommendations, and implementation of improvements to achieve business goals.
What is important for this position:
- Successful experience in managing media/content/SMM projects for 3+ years;
- Experience in launching/rebuilding online publications (education, EdTech sphere will be an advantage);
- Skills in developing a content portal (articles, news) and managing social networks/messengers (TG, TikTok, VK);
- Skills in team management, process building, and budget management;
- Confirmed cases of audience growth, reach, engagement, and other media indicators;
- Understanding of business metrics and the ability to link media results to the company's business objectives;
- Results-oriented, managerial maturity, systemic approach, communication skills;
