START online cinema is looking for a Head of Media Planning Group.
Tasks:
- Develop media planning for internal promo tools;
- Plan resources, assign tasks, and control the work of the media planning group;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of launched creatives in internal promo tools;
- Implement advertising projects in the service's promo tools;
- Prepare technical specifications and regulations for working with the service's promo tools;
- Monitor the technical operation of promo tools and participate in creative approval before publication;
- Interact with other departments for effective operation of the service's internal promo.
Candidate Expectations:
- Experience in media planning and understanding how to build effective media plans;
- Team management experience (2-4 people or more): ability to motivate, develop, and achieve results together with the team;
- Experience in the media industry, especially in the digital environment or online cinemas;
- Ability to strategically and tactically plan advertising placements, balancing reach, efficiency, and budget;
- Competent resource allocation for the team and task prioritization in a multitasking environment;
- Strong communication skills.
