Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a business development strategy for brand media (corporate radio/television);
- Generating new commercial opportunities and developing key client relationships;
- Overseeing complex projects from concept to successful launch on air/online;
- Forming a development team and interacting with departments: music editorial, radio, and technology;
- Analyzing the media market, competitive environment, and new communication formats;
- Building effective internal processes and KPIs for scaling the product portfolio.
We are looking for:
- Program directors, editors with experience in creating and launching radio/TV projects or other media formats;
- Specialists who feel constrained within FM formats, capable of developing products, building strategies, and managing commercial projects from concept to implementation;
- Professionals ready to develop radio as a media product for business, with experience in building complex communication concepts for major clients.
