Robotic prosthesis developer Motorika invites Head of Brand Communications Department to join the team.
Main Tasks:
- The Head of Department is responsible for forming a holistic brand perception in the market, reputation management, and increasing audience loyalty through all communication channels. Ensures a unified Tone of Voice and adherence to the brand's creative frameworks in all external and internal consumer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Identity Management (Tone of Voice & Creative Frameworks):
- Development and updating of the brand book regarding communication (brand voice, intonation, text and visual style).
- Formation of creative frameworks (Creative Guidelines): creation of clear rules on what can and cannot be done in communication, protecting the brand from "dilution".
- Management of Tone of Voice adaptation for different audience segments (B2B, B2C, partners) without losing the core identity.
- Monitoring adherence to frameworks in all outgoing materials (from social media posts to press releases).
Brand and Special Projects (Special Projects):
- Initiation, development, and implementation of large-scale brand special projects (festivals, collaborations, new product line launches, immersive showrooms).
- Integration of the brand into the cultural and social context through unconventional formats.
- Management of cross-functional teams during special project implementation (production, design, marketing).
Sports Marketing.
Content Marketing and Advertising Campaigns (SMM, ATL/BTL, Digital):
- Formation of the brand's strategy in the sports environment (sponsorship, partnerships with clubs/athletes, ambassadors).
- Organization and control of sports events (activations, tournaments, fan activities) under the brand's umbrella.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of sports sponsorship contracts and their conversion into brand awareness.
- Development of an annual content plan for all customer journey touchpoints (social networks, YouTube, Telegram, website, email newsletters).
- Management of the creation of advertising campaigns (360°) – from brief to post-analysis (media planning, creative, photo/video content production).
- Ensuring high content quality: text-to-speech, visuals, video editing, storytelling.
- Implementation of new content formats (Reels, podcasts, streams) to maintain audience engagement.
Merchandise:
- Management of the branded merchandise line (design development, material selection, quality control).
- Creation of merch lines not just as "freebies," but as desirable products (collectible series, capsules).
- Organization of a merchandise distribution system (promotions, gifts for partners, sales through own online channel).
- Control of inventory and production cost of merchandise.
Management Tasks:
- Formation of the department's annual budget with quarterly breakdown, control of cost-effectiveness (ROMI).
- Team management (5+ people): hiring, onboarding, KPI setting, mentoring, performance evaluation.
- Interaction with external contractors (production studios, media agencies, printing houses, design studios).
- Regular reporting to CMO/CEO on goal achievement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Brand Awareness (TOP OF MIND/Unaided Recall):
- Growth of spontaneous awareness share (Top of Mind) by X percentage points over the reporting period (year/quarter).
- Growth of "Aided Brand Awareness" indicator.
Advertising Creative Effectiveness:
- Increase in average CTR (Click-Through Rate) of advertising creatives (banners, prerolls) by X% compared to the previous period.
- Improvement of "Stop Rate"/"Viewability" in video campaigns.
Engagement:
- Growth of average ER (Engagement Rate) on brand social media.
Qualitative KPIs (NPS/PR):
- Brand Net Promoter Score (NPS) (if surveys are available).
- Tonality of mentions in media and social networks (share of positive/neutral mentions).
Operational:
- Adherence to the department budget (deviation not exceeding 5%).
- Timeliness of advertising campaign launches (according to schedule).
Candidate Profile:
- Higher education (marketing, journalism, advertising, management).
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership position in brand communications or integrated marketing agencies.
- Portfolio with implemented special projects and advertising campaigns (effectiveness figures are mandatory).
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, SMM, PR, and Event Marketing tools.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools (Yandex.Metrica, DataFan, ROI calculators).
- Experience managing budgets of 50+ million rubles per year.
Desirable (will be a plus):
- Experience in a niche (technology, medicine, AI, MedTech, AssistiveTech, LifeTech).
- Experience managing outsourced production (complex visual production).
- Copywriting skills at an editor level (ability to edit texts, not just assign tasks).
