A network of medical laboratories INVITRO is looking for a Brand Director.
INVITRO is the largest medical group of companies in Russia and Eastern Europe. The team is looking for a Brand Director who will take on the strategic and operational management of the company's brand through three key areas: creative, brand management, and standardization/merchandising. The role directly impacts revenue by strengthening the brand, increasing conversion, improving LTV, and managing product perception at all touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
Creative:
- Management of the internal creative team (design, copywriting, digital)
- Building a systematic production process for all marketing materials (online and offline)
- Quality control and consistency of visual communication
- Development of creative concepts for campaigns (performance + brand)
- Improving creative efficiency through metrics (CTR, CR, CPL, ROMI)
Brand Management:
- Formation and development of the brand platform (positioning, tone of voice)
- Management of brand perception across all channels
- Development and implementation of brand strategy
- Research (brand awareness, NPS, perception, competitive analysis)
- PR and reputation management
- Linking the brand to business metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue, LTV)
Standardization and Merchandising
Development and implementation of brand visual presence standards (offline points of sale, clinics, retail):
- Management of planograms and visual merchandising
- Control of standards compliance in regions
- Influencing point-of-sale conversion through visuals and navigation
- Scaling unified standards across the entire network
- Key tasks for the first 6 months
- Build a unified brand management system (from strategy to execution)
- Unite brand, creative, and merchandising into a single system for revenue impact
- Implement brand effectiveness metrics
- Increase brand consistency across all channels and regions
Requirements:
- Influence brand metrics growth (awareness, preference, NPS)
- Ensure brand impact on revenue (brand uplift, organic traffic share)
- Manage creative efficiency (CTR, CR, CPL)
- Demonstrate and achieve a reduction in customer acquisition cost through the brand
- Maintain brand consistency (audit of points of sale and channels)
- Ensure high production speed of marketing materials
