A Brand Director is sought for the medical clothing brand Hircost.
HIRCOST is a new level of comfort brand for medical clothing and street-wear. For over 4 years, the company has been creating stylish and comfortable clothing for doctors: surgical suits, streetwear, releasing thematic drops, and creating accessories with a medical theme.
What needs to be done:
- Manage the creative team: SMM, PR, design
- Manage brand positioning and platform
- Package drops and collections: form product meanings, USPs by lines, define key SKUs for promotion
- Develop PR and influence direction together with the team: form strategy, work with news hooks, collaborations, and ambassadors
- Form and develop tone of voice and visual identity, control consistency across all channels
- Analyze launch results, evaluate communication effectiveness, improve conversion through product packaging
- Interact with performance marketing, product, and retail, transferring insights from marketing to product
What are the requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in brand management
- Understanding of how to form positioning, brand platform, and build a consistent brand
- Experience in product packaging for a target audience, forming USPs, working with the assortment
- Skills in managing complex projects and teams
- Ability to analyze marketing effectiveness, work with hypotheses, and influence revenue
- Creativity, taste, and broad outlook, a sense of product and audience
- Proactivity, systematic thinking, communication skills
