LUSIO women's clothing brand is looking for a Marketing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Development of marketing strategy, formation and implementation of a strategy to increase brand awareness, loyalty and interest, stimulating consumer demand and achieving profit and sales goals;
- Creation of a marketing plan/budget calculation/cost control, KPIs;
- Creation and promotion of all types of marketing and digital communications;
- Creation of a unique and unprecedented customer experience in stores, designed to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Ensuring high-quality traffic, attracting new and retaining existing customers for online and offline stores;
- Organizing work with social networks, bloggers, mailings. Development of media and PR campaigns, as well as PR events for managing the company's image, managing advertising campaigns, relationships with media planning and media buying agencies, BTL agencies, and digital media providers;
- Independent selection of products according to specified criteria for promotion;
- Organization and control over the preparation of analytical reports on the results of marketing campaigns conducted;
- Management of the marketing and advertising department team.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (candidates with experience in the fashion segment are considered);
- Experience with CMS 1C Bitrix / CRM 1C Bitrix24 is a plus;
- Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and contractors;
- Perseverance, stress resistance, readiness and ability to work with a large flow of data;
- Readiness for meticulous work combined with creative thinking, attention to detail, initiative;
- Presence of artistic taste and "understanding of beauty";
- Proficient Russian language (spoken and especially written);
- Experience with Yandex.Metrica and Google Analytics.
