Head of Brands Group (OTC)

Your responsibilities will include
- Leadership and Team Management
- Managing a group of product managers, setting tasks and monitoring their completion
- Mentoring and developing employees, supporting professional growth
- Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation
- Creating comprehensive marketing plans aimed at brand and business growth
- Analyzing the market, competitors, and trends to adjust the strategy
- Identifying target segments and product positioning
- Marketing Communication and Projects
- Developing a communication strategy and its implementation
- Managing marketing projects from concept to execution
- Ensuring the quality of all marketing materials and their compliance with the brand
- Coordinating deadlines and budget, monitoring campaign KPIs
- Interaction with Other Departments
- Collaborating with sales, product management, and other functions
- Ensuring alignment of marketing initiatives with company business goals
- Supporting new product launches and managing the current portfolio
- Analytics and Reporting
- Monitoring campaign effectiveness and preparing reports
- Using analytics to optimize future initiatives
- Managing the marketing budget and resource allocation
- Managing the brand's P&L
We expect from you
- Higher education (a degree in business/marketing will be an advantage)
- At least 5 years of successful marketing experience in leading international pharmaceutical/FMCG companies as a group product manager or head of a marketing team
- Brand portfolio management
- Good knowledge of media tools, experience with brands with large media budgets (TV)
- Experience in developing communication from scratch
- Team management experience and leadership qualities
- Knowledge of digital marketing and modern promotion tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Project management and results orientation
- Fluent English proficiency
