We are looking for a Brand Manager for Yandex Education.
Yandex Education is an educational environment where schoolchildren, students, and adults can achieve their goals, gain knowledge, and master IT professions using Yandex technologies.
The team is looking for a brand manager who will initiate research, participate in the creation of communication strategies for audience segments, and initiate and lead the implementation of brand activations and campaigns. This is the role for you if you are ready to dive into a complex brand system and navigate it, can handle several large tasks simultaneously, and equally love creating projects, implementing them, and analyzing results.
What tasks await you:
- Working with brand activations: brief → production → launch → analytics: you are ready to initiate a project, defend it, and bring it through all stages to a successful completion
- Working on cross-functional projects with other marketing and PR teams: you are expected to be able to work in a team, quickly understand new contexts, provide reasoned feedback on others' work, and maintain brand communication consistency without compromising others' metrics
- Working on the development of ToV and visual style of the brand: you will create a media plan, brief related teams, approve texts and designs, create landing page and creative mockups, and be responsible for the final result
- Testing hypotheses and initiating research: it is important to monitor competitors, audience, and communication contexts, formulate hypotheses, test them, and determine how the brand needs to change and what territories to enter to remain relevant
Requirements:
- Over three years of experience in marketing, brand communications
- Understanding of how brand communication and target metrics work
- Interest in modern communication trends: Russian and international
- Systematic, neat, and attentive to details, able to manage multiple projects in parallel and set priorities
- Participation in projects with a large number of stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team, defend your position, and find compromises
It will be a plus if you:
- Have worked on projects with a complex brand architecture
- Participated in the creation of brands or identities, or in rebranding
- Are familiar with the education or technology sectors
