Brand Manager

In November, we are moving to a new office in Skolkovo. Currently, we are working in Sokol – please consider this when applying for the vacancy.

Your responsibilities:

• Participation in brand development and its communications (positioning, identity, messaging);
• Managing brand projects: setting tasks, preparing communication briefs, and overseeing implementation in collaboration with internal teams;
• Supporting and developing brand guidelines, monitoring their application in communications;
• Participating in the development and implementation of advertising campaigns (including 360) in conjunction with creative and marketing teams;
• Cross-functional interaction with teams (creative, product, PR, CRM);
• Working with research and data, analyzing campaign effectiveness.

We expect:

• At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing / marketing communications;
• Understanding of branding fundamentals: positioning, communications, identity;
• Ability to formulate communication briefs based on business objectives;
• Experience managing advertising campaigns (including 360);
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to structure and package ideas;
• Basic understanding of brand effectiveness metrics;
• Experience in digital / media / video services will be a plus;
