Lead Manager of Educational Content Development Team at VK, Moscow

Responsibilities
- Produce full-cycle educational products — from concept and methodology to launch, filming, and support of educational streams
- Develop programs, courses, webinars, and intensives for the audience of targetologists, SMM specialists, and digital agencies based on VK tools
- Identify growth areas and launch new monetizable products
- Build a certification system: qualification requirements, expert review, case verification
- Design educational program architecture: learning goals, learning outcomes, competency maps
- Build learning logic and trajectories, decompose programs into modules and lessons
- Create specific learning materials: lesson structures, scripts, notes, practical assignments
- Develop and refine tests and knowledge assessment systems
- Prepare speakers and experts, coordinate the production of lessons and content
- Launch and support streams, monitor completion rates and quality of program completion
- Develop a closed professional community of alumni, enhance retention and repeat sales
- Be responsible for the monetization of own products: revenue growth and fill rate
- Analyze the effectiveness of programs and mechanics, work with metrics (completion rate, revenue, retention)
- Interact with designers, marketing, PR, and stakeholders of related products
- Synchronize the block's tasks with business goals
Requirements
- Experience in producing full-cycle educational products with audiences of over 1000 participants per program
- Skills in developing methodological materials, tests, and competency maps
- Ability to select and train speakers, as well as manage educational communities
- Deep understanding of current tools for SMM specialists and targetologists based on VK products
- High level of independence and responsibility for the result from start to finish
- Systems thinking, focus on KPI achievement, and readiness for in-depth analytics and product effectiveness forecasting
