Educational holding AcademCity is looking for a Head of Product Group for Pedagogy.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the product portfolio for the direction in an up-to-date state: checking the quality of educational content, making recommendations on the structure and content of programs, making changes if necessary, working with regulatory documents specified in the programs, working with teachers on content revision
- Supporting training: working with course participants, sales department, client service to resolve issues regarding program content and features, as well as teachers supporting these programs
- Organizing the development and modernization of programs
- Evaluating the quality of program descriptions on the website if necessary
- Interaction with the educational and methodological department
- Working in electronic systems: Bitrix, LMS, Sprout, Electronic Dean's Office, etc. within the scope of competencies
- Participation in business processes within the department in collaboration with other units
- Performing one-time tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Specialized higher education (pedagogical / psychological-pedagogical)
- Experience in online education or teaching experience, skills in organizing educational processes are desirable
- Experience in managing educational products / directions, designing and developing additional professional education programs will be an advantage
- Experience in the field of additional education for children, knowledge of regulatory documents and the structure of work in the system of additional education for children and adults
- Initiative in searching for new ideas and directions for developing the product line in the direction
- Systemic approach and high self-organization, ability to clearly plan activities and set priorities
- Ability to work in multitasking mode, flexibility
