Product Manager for the Additional Education Team

We are looking for a Product Manager for the Additional Education department. This role is in the "After Purchase" team, where students are already learning with us, and our task is to make their experience understandable, engaging, interesting, and useful, so they can turn their interests into visible achievements.
You will be responsible for the key metrics of the department: student retention, learning engagement, repeat sales, and lesson renewals.
We are looking for someone who can identify growth opportunities, formulate and test hypotheses, influence product decisions, and drive key product metrics.
What you will be doing:
- working on increasing student retention, repeat sales, and engagement;
- identifying and researching user pain points that affect learning duration and repeat purchases;
- developing learning scenarios within the platform: navigation, progress, motivation, gamification;
- generating and prioritizing product hypotheses together with the team and stakeholders;
- conducting customer development interviews, UX research, analyzing product data and experiment results;
- bringing hypotheses to implementation together with development, design, and QA;
- being responsible for delivery: planning, process transparency, and task completion through to release;
- analyzing the impact of changes on key product metrics.
What is important to us:
- Product Manager experience of 2+ years;
- experience with retention and engagement mechanics in B2C products;
- ability to work with metrics, funnels, and identify product growth opportunities;
- ability to independently formulate problems and propose solutions, not just execute incoming tasks;
- strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with various stakeholders;
- experience with user-facing products where a deep understanding of the audience and their needs is crucial.
Will be a plus:
- experience in EdTech, children's products, or services with an active community;
- experience with gamification;
- experience with educational products or a child audience;
- experience conducting product research and UX interviews.
