Skyeng is looking for a Senior Product Manager.
Currently, the company is strengthening its product team and seeking strong specialists for the Senior Product Manager role – those who are ready to own a large product area and directly influence the company's business metrics. The specific scope will be determined together, considering your experience, strengths, and interests.
Your tasks:
- Formulate the product strategy and roadmap for 6–12 months: from vision to initiatives with measurable impact.
- Identify growth areas, quickly launch hypotheses, measure results, and scale what works.
- Research users, the market, and competitors, turning insights into product solutions.
- Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses through A/B tests, pilots, and MVPs.
- Improve key user scenarios and business processes – from first touch to retention and repeat payments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with development, analytics, design, marketing, and operations teams.
- Manage the backlog, priorities, and stakeholder expectations, bringing initiatives to release and business results.
- In complex cases – lead change projects that affect operational processes.
Ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in product management for digital products with a large audience.
- Cases of measurable growth in key metrics: LTV, retention, conversions, GMV, contribution.
- Experience owning a large product block: strategy, metrics, roadmap, and cross-team implementation.
- Strong product analytics: metrics tree, data-driven hypotheses, A/B tests, guardrails.
- Understanding of unit economics and P&L: CAC, LTV, payback, contribution, the impact of product decisions on margin.
- Systematic discovery: choosing the right method for the task, validation before development, and focus on impact, not activity.
- Strong delivery: decomposition, prioritization, risk management, and cross-team dependencies.
- Technical literacy: the ability to speak the same language with development and find an MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) instead of an "ideal product in a year".
- Autonomy: you can independently analyze product data, gather initial analysis, dashboards, or prototypes without waiting for a dedicated resource for every question.
- Experience actively using AI tools, including Cursor and LLM agents, to quickly test ideas, gather PRD drafts, prototypes, mockups, and data analyses.
Perks:
- Fixed salary with the possibility of an increase within the framework of annual performance reviews.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- The company creates products that genuinely change education and make learning more engaging than Netflix.
- Freedom of action: you can launch new formats, influence strategy, and see the results of your ideas.
- Work according to a product approach: decisions are made based on data, not on someone's mood.
- Healthy remote work: no one controls when you start working or where you are, the main thing is the result you aim to achieve. However, there is also a cozy office in Moscow – with free breakfasts and 24/7 access.
- The company invests in development: pays for training, coaches public speaking, helps build careers.
- Team atmosphere of respect and openness: any idea can be discussed and implemented.
- Benefits marketplace: each year your bonus balance is replenished, which can be spent on anything – shopping, spa visits, and 100+ other useful and pleasant items.
- Free conversation clubs and discounts up to 50% on company products for you, your friend, and child. Plus, discounts with partners.
