We are looking for a Product Manager who will strategically develop and support AmoCRM. You will gather business requirements from teams, transform them into understandable solutions, and implement automations that actually accelerate sales. The focus will be on funnels, integrations (including telephony), tasks, access rights, and all CRM logic. You will also be responsible for the stable and "healthy" operation of the system: up-to-date settings, working automations, and selecting the best solutions for business needs. An important part of the role is developing a data-driven approach and helping teams work with data and the system.

Key Tasks
— Integration of AmoCRM with Telegram, forms, chats, and other systems.
— Gathering and processing business requirements: analysis, prioritization of tasks for CRM, widgets, and data transfer, selection of optimal solutions.
— Coordination of work between analysts, development, and contractors, managing the team of integrators.
— Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of AmoCRM, preparing reports.
— Maintaining up-to-date documentation on settings and integrations.
— Interaction with contractors and suppliers: controlling licenses, their expiry dates, and forming payment tasks.
What's Important to Us
— Experience with AmoCRM (in administration or analytics).
— Knowledge of popular AmoCRM integrations.
— Understanding of data integration processes (data passes, APIs, widgets).
— Ability to work at the intersection of business and development (as a Product Owner or Business Analyst).
— Task management skills (Jira, Trello, or similar).
— Experience implementing zero/low-code solutions.
— Ability to write structured and clear technical specifications and documentation.
— Systems thinking, ability to identify weaknesses in processes.
