We are looking for a product manager / team lead of methodologists 💫

We already have a line of educational products (office, IT, and digital professions). Now we need someone who will help develop existing products and launch new ones.

🧩 In this role, you will: — view programs as a product; — analyze what works and what needs to be changed; — test educational hypotheses; — develop MVP for new programs for the German and European markets; — develop synchronous, asynchronous, and AI-powered formats; — manage a team of methodologists; — interact with the CPO, as well as the Marketing, Sales, IT departments, instructors, and experts.

🪁 We are looking for someone with: — 3+ years of experience in EdTech / L&D / Learning Product / Curriculum Development; — at least 2 years of team management experience. End-to-end educational product creation experience is especially important.

Language proficiency is important: — English B2+ — German B1+
